Mono: Surgeons cheat death ( Izzie and Alex in bed) We prolong it. We deny it. We stand and defiantly give death the finger.

Morning in the hospital... Bailey on phone w/ Tcck talking about marriage counseling, not going well. Der is tired b/c mer and Xtina were talking on phone all night re: Ellis's diaries


Chief is introducing STAN, human simulator. super super creepy.

Bailey says chief is going to choose one of them to do a solo surgery.

Introducing us to guy w/ whose heart she "stole" Mer repeats date as reading file... realizes was the heart Denny got.

Der to Mark in elevator telling him he needs him to have sex w/ Xtina to distract her. lol

Lexie catches interns practicing doing IV's on each other.

Chief and McBadAss.

Guy comes in on gurney w/ all sorts of issues got run over after beat up or something...McBadAss gives Xtina a hard time.

Mer talking to Guy who Izzie stole heart from about his procedure... Music is weird and they have to induce a heart attack to help him breathe...
