Ext Seattle. Lady made it through surgery, Der telling husband not sure how she will respond, and she might not make it through the night. Husband says waiting is hardest part, kneels at her bedside, holds her hand. Im crying.

Mer finds Izzie, asks her is hiding from Hahn. Mer tells her to go talk to her. Izzie says she can't even look at the guy, it's her fault he's here.

McBadAss and Xtina working on beat up guy. Callie is babbling, oversharing. Sloan comes in, Xtina has to scrub out. Xtina wants to know why Lexie smells like death.
